About This Role
Intelligent conversational agent responsible for providing personalized travel planning services through chat interactions. This AI agent will serve as the primary interface between customers and Superguided's travel services, handling everything from initial consultation to post-booking support.
Responsibilities
- -Engage customers through conversational chat to understand travel requirements
- -Design personalized trip itineraries based on preferences, budget, and dates
- -Execute bookings through integrated GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport) and OTA systems
- -Access and compare real-time pricing from multiple sources
- -Provide 24/7 customer support and handle itinerary updates and travel emergencies
